This policy explains how Novace Technologies Ltd ("NOVACE", "we"), Maidstone Innovation Centre, Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom, uses personal data collected through this website. We are the data controller. Contact us at info@novace.co.uk.
When you submit a contact, demo or trial form we collect your name, email address and any company, phone, business type, current system, billing volume and message details you provide. We also record the page you submitted from, how you reached it, and a one-way hash of your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse. We also use your IP address at the time you submit a form to work out your approximate location (city, region and country) using a database held on our own server. We store that location with your enquiry, but not the IP address itself.
We use this data to respond to your enquiry, arrange demos and trials, and manage our sales relationship with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and following up business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
We share data only with service providers that help us run this website and handle email, under appropriate terms. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not sell your data.
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep them for longer.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email info@novace.co.uk to do so. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
